These models feature enclosed, fully insulated stainless steel cabinets with convection heating to maintain consistent plate temperatures. The self-leveling dish platforms automatically adjust as plates are removed, ensuring smooth access. Designed for flexibility and sanitation, each model supports round plates ranging from 7″ to 10¼″ in diameter. The 7511 features two dispensing columns, while the 7512 accommodates three. Heavy-duty swivel casters and integrated push handles make transport effortless in fast-paced environments.
