When used with the Alaris® PCA module, it can pause a PCA infusion if a patient's respiratory levels fall below the hospital-defined limits. The module also offers customizable profiles, making it adaptable for various patient care areas. Additionally, it uses sampling lines that eliminate the need for moving parts, external sensors, or routine calibration. The Oridion FilterLine® family of EtCO2 breath sampling lines is highly effective for oral and nasal sampling, even for patients with low tidal volumes, providing a wide range of sampling options with or without oxygen delivery.
