Sell your surplus medical equipment

Full-service equipment disposition — designed by hospitals, for hospitals.

Move beyond one-off vendor calls and manual spreadsheets. Every retired device is tracked, processed, and monetized through one program — and the recovered value comes back to you.

Premier contracted supplier #COND-0210 ISO 9001:2015 Veteran-owned Inc. 5000 (2×) 40 states

How it works

Everything handled through one program.

Every asset is barcoded, tracked, and visible in real time — delivering transparency, compliance documentation, and audit-ready reporting from pickup to final processing.

Pillar 01

Real-time tracking

Every asset barcoded at pickup and tracked in the reLink360® portal — see exactly where each device is in its lifecycle.

Pillar 02

White-glove logistics

Nationwide network handles de-installation, packing, and transport — without disruption to your floor.

Pillar 03

Value recovery

Multi-channel marketplace matches equipment to the right buyer — consistently delivering higher returns than liquidation.

Pillar 04

Earned credits

Recovered value becomes credits you can redeem for new purchases, technician training, or as cash.

Your challenges

Why does disposition always end up a side project?

Equipment comes off the floor faster than anyone has time to deal with it — and the cost shows up as space, risk, and value left on the table.

Equipment nobody owns

Devices come off the floor and sit. No one department is responsible, so they accumulate in hallways and storage rooms until someone forces the issue.

One-off decisions

Each unit gets handled separately, which means missed trade-in windows, inconsistent pricing, and no way to forecast what's coming next.

No paper trail

Limited documentation of what left, where it went, and whether ePHI was handled correctly — a problem you only discover during an audit.

How we handle it

reLink standardizes every step of disposition.

One intake, one point of contact, and a documented path for every asset — whether it's resold, redeployed, or responsibly recycled.

  • Capture and track fixed and mobile assets across all modalities.
  • Plan removals, redeployments, trade-ins, and auctions from one place.
  • Generate credits and revenue through our global multi-channel marketplace.
  • Maintain full audit trails for ePHI handling, recycling, and donations.
  • Support sustainability goals with reuse and responsible recycling.

Whether it's a single unit or a full facility decommission, the process is the same.

Hospital network

Tracked end to end

You'll know where every device went.

Every asset is barcoded at pickup and visible in the reLink360® portal — what left, where it went, what it earned, and how it was processed.

  • Locate any device by serial number or asset ID.
  • See outcomes across sale, donation, recycling, or redeployment.
  • Download documentation for ePHI handling and final disposition.

The transparency of the reLink360 platform shows how our program is growing and supports data-driven decisions about how to use the funds it generates.

Every modality

What we take.

If it came off a patient floor, a lab, or an OR, we've handled it. Browse what we're moving right now — that's the demand that sets what your equipment is worth.

Not sure whether something qualifies? Send it anyway — non-working and incomplete units often still carry parts value.

Common questions.

Is there a minimum quantity?

No. We handle single units, full facility decommissions, and everything between.

Do you handle removal and de-installation?

Yes — de-installation, rigging, packing, and transport across 40 states. You don't need to move anything or arrange a carrier.

How is my equipment valued?

Against live transaction data from our marketplace. Each asset is evaluated across resale, trade-in, redeployment, and certified recycling, and we recommend the path with the strongest return.

What happens to equipment that can't be resold?

It goes to certified recycling partners and is diverted from landfill. You receive documentation of final disposition either way.

Will you take equipment that doesn't work?

Yes. Non-functional and incomplete units frequently carry parts and component value.

How do I get paid?

Check, wire, or purchase credits redeemable against equipment, parts, or technician training.

Do you provide ePHI and compliance documentation?

Yes. Every project includes audit trails covering ePHI handling, recycling, and donation, available in the reLink360® portal.
