The PM will be performed in accordance with OEM specifications. Below is a list of checks and calibrations that may be included.

Mechanical & Safety Inspections
• Test brakes, steering, wheels, caster locks, balance wheel
• Check smoothness of motions: flip flop, L rotation, orbital, vertical lifts
• Confirm wig wag lock and brakes
Electrical & Power Systems
• Inspect power and interconnect cables (strain relief torque, pin integrity)
• Verify ground continuity and cable insulation
• Test handswitch, footswitch, collimator buttons and movement
• Record SRAM battery date; replace annually
Imaging & Beam Performance
• Fluoro penetration test, KV tracking
• Verify filter/iris/collimator functionality in fluoro & film modes
• Record dose rates (kV, mA in fluoroscopy, boost/digital spot)
• Air Filter & Cooling (if equipped)
• Clean air filters on HV cable cover and cooling kit annually
• Ensure fans and vents are unobstructed
Beam Alignment (Annual PM Only)
• Use alignment tool and film cassette: take exposures at 50 kVp and verify central beam within 50 mm of tool center
• If out of tolerance, perform beam alignment adjustment
Mechanical Lubrication (Annual)
• Lubricate collimator, mechanical linkages, lift chains/chains per schedule
